COVID-19 Notice

At Mai Dentistry of St. Petersburg the health and well-being of our patients, employees, and our community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the corona virus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our patients as the situation evolves.

We would like to reassure you that although we already utilize standard disease control precautions as outlined by the CDC, we are currently exceeding these precautions to further help prevent the spread of this virus and maintain a safe environment for you.

We are open and accept all patients!

We will be listening to the recommendations of local and state health authorities, and we will advise you of any changes to our schedule.

To help protect the safety of all our patients and staff, we ask anyone that currently feels ill to call Baycare at 800-229-2273 and describe your symptoms in case you need to be tested for COVID-19. This is especially true if you have a fever, cough, sneezing, or shortness of breath. The same thing applies if you have had any of these symptoms in the last 48 hours or if you have traveled outside the United States in the last two weeks to an area affected by the corona virus disease.

As an updated precaution we will be checking everyone’s temperature when they arrive. Any temperature over 99.9 F we will have to reschedule your appointment. Also we will not have any magazines in the waiting room and the chairs are spaced out for appropriate social distancing measures.

We ask that you please wear a mask or face covering when you enter the building and while staying in the reception area. Also, please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless it was approved by the office staff over the phone.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 727-800-0022. Our team at Mai Dentistry of St. Petersburg is here to answer any questions that may arise about your dental care.

Stay safe, practice good hygiene and thank you for trusting us with your dental health.
